Mike made it extremely easy for me to ease into something new, was very attentive and showed me the ropes. If I had felt confused the whole time I would not have signed up after my free trial. But because today was such a perfect experience I just signed up. Friendly classmates as well.

Dropped in on first day visiting the area. I had such a positive experience with all aspects of this gym (facilities, coach, programming, community, etc.) that I revised plans to drop in again the next day. This will certainly be my go-to gym anytime I visit the area. Thanks for creating a phenomenal box.

What a great box! Convenient, clean, spacious, great workout, excellent and helpful coaching, nice box members plus: DOGS!!!! Mike and Christina are the owners. So responsive and so very nice. I'm dropping in while here on work. If I lived here, this would be my gym! Thank you Coach Mike for great coaching for my tight ankles that keep me from squatting; gonna get this!
