We have had two major projects with Alex Freddi. At our previous home, a “down to the studs” bathroom remodel. Seven years ago Alex Freddi converted our three bedroom split level into a duplex by adding a “granny flat”, into which we retired.Both projects were on time, on budget, and without conflict or surprise. Communication was prompt, professional, and collaborative. We sought multiple proposals for all work and costs were always in line.Also, we have contacted Freddi for a number of minor “handyman” projects like roof repair and window well replacement. Alex and his team do a fantastic job. They remodeled two bathrooms, built a deck, and finished repair work after a water back up in the laundry room in my home. They keep their agreed upon dates and are always kind and courteous. They aim to please. My project manager Gary is a real blessing. Highly recommended!
Alex and his team do great work and are easy to work with. We’ve completed two bathroom remodel projects with them. Both have been on schedule and no surprise extra costs. We’ve been thrilled with the the process, and especially with the quality of the results. I would recommend them without hesitation!
