I’ve been to many PTs/OTs over the years, working my way from a wheelchair to standing/walking more than once. ADAPT has helped me make tremendous gains over the past year in ways no one else has. The trainer, PT and massage therapist actually LISTEN, do a thorough evaluation, and figure out what needs to change from a system perspective, then create a personalized plan to make it happen. They are different. They focus on quality and correct movement patterns, not just bulking up. They understand how everything in the body is connected and relevant. I’m so glad I found them! Thank you ADAPT!!
