We contracted with Mike Rainey to tear out our old patio/cover and to build a new modern patio/cover for our home. Mike hit it out of the ballpark with our new patio: it is modern bright and airy including lighting with a fan, cedar tongue and groove that really gives it a polished finish, and a glulam beam that opens the patio up. We couldn't be happier with the finished product. Mike finished on-time and was open to feedback and changes on the fly. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Mike again on a future project.
We were concerned about the “sugar ants” we were seeing here and there, so Ed came to look. He shared a lot of information and was very knowledgeable about their habits. He didn’t see activity that was of immediate concern, so he said it would make sense to wait before he did any spraying. He gave some great advice about what to do in the meantime. Ed was so kind and polite. He took the time to answer my questions and I never felt rushed or pressured to pay for something that wasn’t necessary. It is nice to do business with someone so professional who clearly enjoys what he does. I would not hesitate to recommend Best Pest Management and I will definitely be calling if those ants come back!
