Being a tow truck operator myself traveling to a different state for another towing gig my personal truck happened to break down just outside of baker city Oregon even through the mess with AAA and the multiple phone calls trying to find help these guys were awesome gave us a ETA and met the ETA on arrival customer service was excellent very friendly very efficient as a tow truck operator I would recommend these guys to anyone in the Oregon area or traveling through the Oregon area GREAT WORK GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TRULY APPRECIATE YOU GUYS
I really enjoy working for Roadrunner Towing Inc and the owners really enjoy having me as part of there team and James is amazing boss to work for and I highly recommend Roadrunner Towing Inc
We were in a predicament when the tow truck driver showed up he was very friendly very helpful and overboard with all his advice and we took it and ended up having a great time thank you keep up the good work
