I recently lost both of my parents within a few weeks from one another. Troy, Wendy and staff were absolutely amazing. They were very respectful, comforting and truly went above and beyond during such a difficult time. We cannot thank you enough for the love you showed our entire family.

My husband's body was taken to Grays West in Baker City, Oregon, for transport to Washington. The Washington Funeral Home completely failed to provide service. They failed to communicate my husband's wishes to Gray's West upon his death which resulted in a great deal of stress for our family. They indicated several times they would be picking up the body and failed to do so. This also caused additional stress and grief. Through this Grays West remained very supportive. We dealt with Troy, who went the extra mile to keep us informed. He was kind, professional and transparent. I highly recommend Grays West Funeral Home.
