Called in a panic, as I was 1.5 hours away from my nephew who had locked not only his keys but his cell phone as well inside his car. Spoke with a very calm, wonderful guy named Chris (I think, I could be mistaken as I was in a whirlwind of stress!) who said not to worry, he'd be over to where my nephew was in 10 to 15 minutes and would have him back in the car in no time and he'd call me when it was done. He did everything he said he'd do, and in record time! I was so relieved, and thankful to have such a great company to step in and make me feel taken care of in a moment's notice. Thank you again for your kindness, follow-through, and super quick response in our time of need. You're the best!
Darla Stowe is simply the best! Our community is so lucky to have her level of professionalism. Darla explained in detail the whole process from start to finish. She never made me feel bad for not knowing something or forgetting an explanation she had already provided. She was quick in responding emails, texts, and phone calls. Even though I contacted her outside the usual business hours. Darla helped me to stay organized. She gave me lists of everything I needed to provide. And she was ok with me randomly sending her bits and pieces of information. Darla had my best interest at heart and guided me to the best deal that fit my needs. She was really gracious every time I asked for multiple new “scenarios” considering different down payment etc. I learned so much from her. I highly recommend Darla! In addition, Michelle Satek was great. I did not meet her in person but corresponded with her by email. She was very quick in processing the paperwork in the background. They both were able to help me close the loan and get the house keys one week earlier! I got a home in 20 days. All my friends were highly impressed in comparison with their personal experiences. By the way, this was my first home purchase, and I am forever grateful for their tremendous guidance and help. They made my American dream come true. I could not be happier.

Baker Vision was able to squeeze me in for an emergency appointment, after I was diagnosed with shingles on my face at a nearby local clinic. I'm not an Oregon resident, but I was in Baker for work, and was at the tail-end of my trip, traveling home the following day. My mind was all over the place, but the office staff was friendly, professional and efficient, which made me feel more at ease. They offered to send the records of my visit to my primary care doctor back home, as well as my eye doctor. Something I wouldn't have thought of until later. My visit was with Dr. Elms, who is calm, warm and knowledgable. She made me feel very comfortable, as well as confident in her shingles expertise. I felt looked after like a mother would her child, she showed genuine care and concern. She told me about how the nerves ran, and she cautioned me about how things could progress and worsen, and what to watch out for in the coming days. She took her time and answered all my questions, which I truly appreciated. I've never felt more cared for by a doctor in my life. Thank you Baker Vision, and thank you SO MUCH Dr. Elms.

I go often and it is fantastic to get a full body massage especially at the end of the day. It's a great relaxing atmosphere, the masseuse is very nice and excellent at what she does. Definitely recommend her if your in need of some relaxation.

This store has so many fun trinkets in it as well as adult products! It's genuinely fun just to see all their goodies but I personally can't go in without making a purchase at the very least of their jewelry. They have such a cute collection of crystals and honestly I can't even list all the things ha. Anyways the employee I worked with the first day was fantastic and so helpful and when I realized I had two different chains on 2 necklaces I called the next day and the owner immediately told me she'd change it out and to bring it in no problem! Had nothing but positive attitudes and experiences here!

I googled around looking for someone new in Baker City, since all the companies I find by googling were either massively expensive, refuse to come out this far, or are booked 3 months or more out. I eventually found Mike Gile's Eagle Cap Home & Handyman Services, and he agreed to come out and give us a quote, then was able to come do the work just a few weeks later, which was a pleasant surprise. It turns out his company is bonded & insured, and in Baker, that's important cause we've been ripped off by others a few times over the past few years. Mike came out and took care of a laundry list of issues from split yard hydrants, to some pretty gnarly drywall issues, a bit of light plumbing & even painting to finish up some unpainted areas left over from our master bedroom remodel. Mike did some great work, he was personable, Gave us a specific start time instead of a time-range, showed up on-time and finished a day ahead of schedule. Couldn't ask for a better experience!

I am an appraiser and needed help on an appraisal I was doing in Baker City, since I am not very versed in that town and need the competency to complete. I literally had one question to ask. I emailed five agents in every realty office in Baker City and no one, except Marty replied. I guess since I was not buying or selling a home and no commission would be obtained, the others didn't want to waste their time. Marty, knowing it was just information I needed, emailed me data and even welcomed me to contact her. I called and she was very kind, knowledgeable, helpful and did a great professional courtesy. Since many read reviews when hiring a professional, I urge anyone who is buying or selling a home to contact Marty. She knew there was no commission or fee involved (although I did sent her a token of my appreciation) but was still willing to help. If you are a buyer or seller, just think of the great customer service you will receive from her.

Bought a 2015 lincoln mkc, when they delivered the car to me it would not start. that should have been my first clue, but we got it started finally. I had problems from then on, so took it back to them within the 30 days, they said it was the battery, so they changed it. also took it in because it steered funny. Was told all was good. within 2 months I had to put a new starter in and now it is in the shop with 5 bolts missing from the transfer case and transfer case is broken. Tried to call because the warranty they sold me that i was told would fix anything that happens to it, will not cover missing bolts. also was told it would not drive with missing bolts, which is wrong because I drove it to the shop. Talked to the manager and was told they would call me back, and I have called 3 more times and still haven't called back. within 4 months of having bought a car from them, drove under 1000 miles i have to spend 3300 to be able to drive it and now can't help from them for selling a car that they said there was an inspection done on, but 2 shops missed 5 missing or loose bolts?? Its sad because I would have thought being in a small town they would want all the business they could get and I would have sent numerous people that way, but now I will not recommend them ever, because they put me in an unsafe rig to drive knowing I needed it to go back and forth to Portland for Dr's appointment and will not help out at all with taking any responsibility.

Highly recommend! We had two carpeted rooms, two sets of stairs and living room furniture cleaned. Dave did a very thorough and professional job. Everything looks and smells so much cleaner. We even had a particularly difficult stain that he came back to treat a second time. He stands by his work! Quality results, professional equipment, knowledge and skills! Dave is also responsive, timely, charged a very fair price and is a really nice guy.
