I had posted on the Nextdoor app looking for carpet cleaning services for a home we had been renting and moving out of. Jon personally messaged me offering his services, I did get a lot of recommendations but it resonates for me when a business takes their time to personally contact you saying they can help. I gave him a call and it was super last minute as we had to be out of the home by the end of the week. The work He did on the carpets was quite impressive they’re 20 years old and were so stained and full of dirt my dad thought He was going to have to replace all the carpets.. Top quality work at amazing prices.. Very professional courteous and helpful.. Highly recommend and will use again.. He saved my dad thousands on carpet replacement.. I wish I would have taken before pics I can’t put into words how awful this carpet was it was a dirty very dark brown some areas had what looked like orange or rust spots it was an awful eye sore to look at very embarrassing and now this is something to be proud of
I ran into Jon-Marc in my neighborhood when he was cleaning another home. I stopped and talked to him and decided I would call him at a later date. He came to my home today and did a wonderful job on my carpet and sectional. He took his time to make sure it was done right. I set up a schedule to have him return in 12 months. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend him.
