I’ve always had a good experience. I see Shannon Marsh and she’s fantastic, but everyone in the office is super helpful, takes the time to listen to my questions and make sure I feel heard, and the wait time is so short compared to other practices I’ve been to. Not sure why the rating is so low, they’re great!
I was looking up something and saw PFM had a 2 star rating. That's insane. I have never had a bad experience with any of the staff there. Denise who is the front office person is amazing. She knew me after my first visit and is always welcoming. Tiffany one of the nurses there is so easy going and calm. And of course Dr. Narin. I have told my family and friends about her and now they all see her and love her too. She never has made me feel less than for any of my issues. She treats my children with kindness and they trust her too.These 2 and 1 star reviews are focused on a single incident not the practice as a whole. The medical and support staff are superb. I've been coming here for 15 years and have been well taken care of. I am currently seeing Shannon Marsh NP as Dr. Merrill retired, and I'm very happy with her.
