“Fantastic company overall. We own an older home in the Astoria area, so, outdated wiring to say the least. We had some issue with our kitchen outlets over Thanksgiving weekend, so we reached out to Bogh and scheduled a (free) estimate. The owner Tony was onsite within a week and after some conversation regarding how we would like our electrical setup, we shook hands and were supplied a quote within the day. Dalton was able to install a couple electrical outlets and fix our existing fridge outlet in only a few hours, very friendly and explained everything along the way. A couple weeks later, the same fridge outlet was giving us issues, after a call to Bogh in the AM, Dylan was out here that afternoon diagnosing the problem and fixing the outlet once more, with a full explaination of the issue, it was clear the existing wiring was installed incorrectly and it may cause issues down the road. Another week later and the outlet was out once again. Another call to Bogh in the AM and Jacob was onsite that afternoon, installing a full new outlet, wiring and circuit (edited: received invoice by mail). The amount of time, labor and knowledge put into diagnostic and remedy for our electrical system was incredible. It's rare you come across a company that is up-front with pricing and transparent about the process, this place is a true gem.“
