My hot water heater started having issues. I contacted Burks and they promptly responded to set an appointment to come take a look. They were able to diagnose, remove old equipment, and install a new hot water heater in much less time than I anticipated. They were professional, courteous, and very efficient. Highly recommend. We will be using Burks Mechanical for any plumbing needs that arise in the future.

We've hired Pete for three different jobs now and will never use anyone else as long as we have a choice in the matter. Plumbing guys have a horrible history of not returning calls, not showing up, overcharging, and all kinds of crap. Pete is responsive, does what he says he's going to do - when he says he's going to do it, stands by his work, and is honest all the way through. When you find a good plumbing guy, you hang on to him, and Pete is our guy now. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ would recommend to anyone who just wants a real, non-skeezy human who is just really good at plumbing.
