This YTT program in Guatemala with SYI truly was a transformative experience for me. I really love how we incorporated aspects of yogic philosophy, Mayan tradition, and shamanism. I opened up parts of me with each ceremony we did. I found new ways to love. I feel like learning to teach a yoga practice was just a bonus. The real beauty of this program was discovering myself and learning how to love all parts of me. Now I know I have so much to share with the world. Most of all I found the community that I've been longing for. This past month has been life changing and I am beyond grateful for this experience.

SYI was the absolute best training I could have picked for myself. The extensive and immersive hands on training allowed me to fully learn and practice the yogic way of life in order to integrate it forward into my life. My instructors were amazing, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend this school for anyone wanting to pursue teaching or even to expand their own personal practice.
