"Unique" is a word that comes to mind to describe the Retina & Vitreous Center business... I was an emergency patient for a torn retina in the distant past, then again in the other eye just a couple months ago.17 years ago, I was moved for the first time in my life to write a letter of praise and appreciation to the staff, doctors, and the people in charge of hiring/training.At every contact step, from front desk, technician, assistant, doctor, and even billing, every person has been knowledgeable, pleasant, and caring... My husband had a torn retina and hemorrhage on Christmas. Dr Hyatt and his staff were SO accommodating in getting him in quickly and repairing the tear and in seeing him again on New Years Day over a new development. Their care and expertise made all the difference in helping us through this alarming time. They have our appreciation and gratitude.
