He went above & beyond to arrange carpet repair for us (a service he does not offer) through a carpet installation contractor after we had called a dozen local businesses to no avail. Michael Kozak does an excellent job with his business of cleaning your carpets using organic and safe materials. They were mindful of our pets during the service, skilled at their work and knowledgeable about carpets and fabrics. During the service Michael, the Owner, found a diamond ring I had lost months before underneath the leg of a piece of furniture and he promptly put the ring up in plain view and reported it to me. I think people can relax and be rest assured that this business is not only professional but honest as well.
