Stephanie Hicks is my property manager for almost three years. She is incredibly helpful, focused, and knowledgeable. All communications are done in a timely matter. Any services needed are scheduled and taken care Very quickly. If the service has a schedule change I'm always notified. I have rented 20 + years in the valley and Stephanie is by far the most professional consistent property manager I have had the pleasure to work with.

The property management team at CPM needs better training, FACT. For starters, Getting things fixed is a huge chore and like pulling teeth out. One agent we dealt with lies. (We have caught her in a few the past 3.5 years) the front desk person pretends that she knows what she is doing. Our normal agent was decent, hard to get ahold of but she just had a baby so the rude agent we had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with has an attitude problem that she needs adjusted, perhaps a customer service course is offered at RCC?
