“Furnace went out last Thursday, called A-Action and a tech came right out, diagnosed the problem but the cost to fix was high and the unit was 30 years old. We were saving of a new furnace so we went ahead with a Trane 2 stage, variable speed furnace. They returned the following Monday and installed it. They even lent us a space heater to keep the house at about 65°. The installers were knowledgable, effecient and clean. During business hours they actually have someone ansering the phone. Great work!“

“This is a pre-customer review, because I am so impressed with how they've treated me as a potential customer! I called to inquire about switching over my annual maintenance plan from my installer Wolfer's to Bridge City, because I am very unhappy with the Wolfer's customer service. Jen answered, and, after chatting for a few minutes, I wanted to hire them on the spot. Jen was so thoughtful and helped me think it through and realize that I'm still under a 1yr service contract with Wolfer's (signing up for this contract allowed me to get a discount on Wolfer's over-priced installation). So, she made a note in her calendar to call me back next August when my contract with Wolfer's expires. I thanked her and that was that. But then, about five minutes later, Jen called me back and said she thought of something I should double-check: to make sure that all of my new HVAC equipment had been registered with Lennox. I said yes I'm sure it has, Wolfer's was supposed to do that. Well, she wasn't so sure, so she had me take photos of the serial numbers on my new equipment and email them to her. Then, she looked them up on the Lennox system, and emailed me back with the results: my furnace had been registered by Wolfer's - but my coil hadn't! Thanks to Jen my system is now properly registered with Lennox (important for warranty). I also had a technical question she couldn't answer, so the owner called me back the next day and not only answered my question but also made me aware of some other good information. VERY helpful! I was so impressed by all of this! Jen really thought about my situation after our initial call, and went the extra mile to help me out - and I'm not even a customer yet. I feel like this kind of actually-caring-about-the-customer type of customer service is too rare these days where everything has become so transactional and impersonal. I could tell Jen actually cared about me as a person. Jen told me that they are purposefully keeping their company small and local so they can provide the best service to their customers and have long term relationships with their customers. Definitely hiring Bridge - and wish I could reverse time and hire them four months ago when I got the new furnace“

“After getting several bids for a new heat pump/furnace system, I decided to go with Climate Control, and as a happy customer, I'm glad I did!
The main reason I chose Climate Control was because of Sal. He was very patient and kind as he explained the various options for me. He worked with my budget and my specific requirements to come up with the best options. I had a crazy amount of questions which Sal always answered with patience and clear, detailed explanations. He helped by being available as needed all the way up to when the project was complete.
The install people were awesome! Luis, Sergio, and Chris took great care in the installation of my system. They were friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Luis went the extra mile by troubleshooting/explaining things about the installation to me.

While there were a couple tricky installation hiccups, Roy came out and assessed/addressed my concerns. Luis and Sergio

“I just had a new AC system put in my house this month. My 20 year AC unit went out on some very hot days in Oregon. I had 3 bids from 3 different companies. System-Aire came in at a slightly lower cost and they also said they could match any bid that came in cheaper. Sam and his co-worker were great! “I cannot recommend this company enough. When our very old but reliable Trane heat pump started making a funny smell, I called them up. Turns out it wasn't the heat pump but the furnace. We were able to get a brand new furnace and heat pump installed in the middle of some very hot weather. Everyone from the this company was a joy to work with.“

They were able to work me into their schedule in a day and diagnosed that my motor had failed. They rushed to get the replacement part and have it installed the next day. Tony called from Tualatin about 4:15pm, he said he could be out to Beavercreek in about 45 minutes. He arrived right at 5:00. 2 hrs. later the failed part was replaced and we were warm again. “I love this company! Their techs always show up on time or early. You also get a text with a picture and fun bio when they are on the way. Aaron came early, listed to my concerns (without interrupting) and got right to work. He finished when he said he would, cleaned up and explained what he did and gave some suggestions.
