“A-Action has provided heating and air conditioning installation, service and maintenance for my 3 Aloha rentals for over 20 years. Since the beginning they have been professional, responsive and reasonable. Last week when one of the rental's furnace quit working, Dan came over promptly and fixed the problem. This happened at least a couple of times over the years, once around Thanksgiving, their quick response was 'above and beyond'. Alicia helps me stay informed of my maintenance schedule and needs for a/c and heat. I'm grateful to have them to reach out to when I have a problem and know they have what it takes to get the job done. I highly recommend A-Action.“

“I just had a new AC system put in my house this month. My 20 year AC unit went out on some very hot days in Oregon. I had 3 bids from 3 different companies. System-Aire came in at a slightly lower cost and they also said they could match any bid that came in cheaper. Sam and his co-worker were great! They came out within a few days of my phone call to them. They gave me a bid and when i gave them the job they were back within a few days to install. “After getting several bids for a new heat pump/furnace system, I decided to go with Climate Control, and as a happy customer, I'm glad I did!
The main reason I chose Climate Control was because of Sal. He was very patient and kind as he explained the various options for me. He worked with my budget and my specific requirements to come up with the best options. I had a crazy amount of questions which Sal always answered with patience and clear, detailed explanations. He helped by being available as needed all the way up to when the project was complete.
The install people were awesome! Luis, Sergio, and Chris took great care in the installation of my system. They were friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Luis went the extra mile by troubleshooting/explaining things about the installation to me.

While there were a couple tricky installation hiccups, Roy came out and assessed/addressed my concerns. Luis and Sergio

“I cannot recommend this company enough. When our very old but reliable Trane heat pump started making a funny smell, I called them up. Turns out it wasn't the heat pump but the furnace. We were able to get a brand new furnace and heat pump installed in the middle of some very hot weather. Everyone from the this company was a joy to work with.“

“My heat went out just as the cold weather started. I called Jerry and told him I was working but could be home by 4:oopm that evening. Tony called from Tualatin about 4:15pm, he said he could be out to Beavercreek in about 45 minutes. He arrived right at 5:00. 2 hrs. later the failed part was replaced and we were warm again. The customer service, diligence in finding the problem, and craftsmanship, were better than a 5 star review. The value was unbelievable, I was thinking the cost would be 5 times what it was. “Thank you Steve and Kyle for coming to install new A/C at our home.
Steve and Kyle are on time. Doing an Amazing Job more than I expect. Erin customer service was very nice to talk to and help out.
They are caring what they do. After they finished installing, they clean their working area like nobody never been there.
I will use 72 Degrees in the future again and will refer 72 Degrees HVAC to friends if they need to install new Furnace or Air conditioning.

“Steve installed a new furnace last winter and got me a great deal. He was efficient on time and fix the problem. I called him about my air conditioner not working and he worked me in on a Saturday, cleaned it up and got it working. Then he didn’t even charge me! It was a circuit breaker. He was wonderful to come out on a Saturday and fix it! A great company to work with!“

“Had Integrity Air give us a bid. Bid was in August & installation was in September. Yep the 33 year old ac died during the heatwave. But we survived. They had the old equipment out, new furnace & ac installed in 1 day. What a fantastic team they had.“
