A-Action has provided heating and air conditioning installation, service and maintenance for my 3 Aloha rentals for over 20 years. Since the beginning they have been professional, responsive and reasonable. Last week when one of the rental's furnace quit working, Dan came over promptly and fixed the problem. This happened at least a couple of times over the years, once around Thanksgiving, their quick response was 'above and beyond'. Alicia helps me stay informed of my maintenance schedule and needs for a/c and heat. A-Action was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. If you're looking for someone reliable, who knows what you need without suggesting things that you don't, this is it. Their installation techs are very friendly, and always have your best interests in mind. And when it comes to the speed and quality of their service, they are top notch. If I were stuck in a Groundhog Day scenario, and had to call someone to fix my A/C every day, I'd pick A-Action every time, hands down.
We’ve used their service for both heating and cooling and have had a great experience both times. The staff is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The prices are very fair and competitive. We will continue to use A action for all of our heating and cooling needs.
