Jim knew exactly what to do! Easy fix, but certainly not how manual says to remove case. He said they are stiff at first and will loosen up after a few times and be easier. He said I was right in calling vs breaking it trying to remove not knowing the trick.
Great communication and arrived on time. Successfully diagnosed the issue with my dryer and had the part on hand and was able to replace during the same visit. Very professional and recommended.
Xigent appliance repair was excellent! Honestly, I wasn't expecting much since Home Shield sent them & we haven't been impressed with the companies they have sent us in the past & were thinking about canceling them, but we figured we would give them another chance.
Home Shield assigned Xigent to come & fix our washer. I called them right away & a very friendly rep answered & we had a technician out here in 2 days. Mike was the tech & he was great!
