Reception makes it impossible to do business with them, extremely rude and not helpful. Just a couple of examples.

I got busy and needed to reschedule an appointment, I called to reschedule, the receptionist took my information, told me she cancelled my appointment, thanked me for calling and hung up on me. I never said to just cancel, I told her I needed to reschedule. She didn't even try to reschedule, didn't ask if there was anything else I needed, nothing, just hung up on me!

Avoid this office like the plague. This clinic is unprofessional, ill-informed, and are after nothing more but your money. Went for a few months, with a few visits each month because I really needed mental health support, they gave me incorrect test results, causing me to panic - then charged me to come into the office to clarify, only to be told that they accidentally released the wrong information to me. I stopped going but not soon enough. Absolutely HORRID business practices all around.

Should not be contacting me as I'm not their patient and haven't been since August of last year. Should be checking records to verify if your a patient or not. Left there because of staff and their lies!! Also contacting my current Dr. to try to cause trouble. Don't waste your time filing grievance complaint as they don't take blame for their misconduct or their lack of integrity or professionalism!!
Run as fast as you can from this place!!!
