Sergio and his team were terrific. They showed up when they said they would, had a competitive bid and the finished project is great. I live at the coast so we have some unique challenges with our houses. Sergio obviously understands what needs to be done to have it last.

My entire experience from estimates all the way to the completion of the job was A+. Sergio and the crew put so much thought and care into my roof, communicated with me every step of the way, and did a thorough cleanup when the job was complete. My new roof and gutters are gorgeous, and the price was competitive. I highly recommend Sema and am so thankful that we chose them.

The entire experience was amazing. The workmanship and commitment to satisfy us, the customer, is unsurpassed. We enjoyed their presence and every encounter with this company from the initial contact to the sad last day when they would not be returning. Our roof looks great now. Sergio, the owner, is a man of high integrity and knowledgeable about the business. The foreman, Heiman, was always willing to listen and explain whenever requested. The price was very reasonable. We would highly recommend that anybody who needs a roof replacement would contact this company. They are a great team that we would gladly work with in the future should we ever move to another house in the area.
