Sean and his team are outstanding to work with! Started of with the Pet Urine Removal Treatment (PURT) to combat the affects of having 3 cats and 2 dogs. After a letting the carpet dry many of the pet stains resurfaced 🤦♂️🐶🐈🙀……this is common, I just failed to remember this small piece of info.
Called Sean a call and they schedule me in to come back and touch up and remove these spots with no issues.
As you can see, one of the dogs had to investigate the new smell.

Helped me with a rough quote, had a coupon for 30% off, and the whole process went exactly as planned. They made my carpet look so good (it wasn’t heavily stained, but lots of high traffic wear) and got the lingering smells out with their deodorizer addition (2 dogs, 2 cats, and a toddler!) I used Chem dry on my carpets recently and I could not be happier. I was able to get in on the very day I called because they had a cancellation. Two of them came right on time and did the carpets in one hour. Very professional and friendly. Mu carpets look fabulous, smell great and they dealt with the invisible dog urine problems. I definitely will use them again.
