“I noticed some things that hadn't been done and contacted Ignacio. He didn't bother to make contact and take care of my concerns. we're getting our yard ready to sell our home. He told me not to worry, he would take care of it. There are still weeds and grass in some flower beds. He failed to treat the yard for moss. I was counting on him to do a good job . He was in such a hurry to get it done that he just didn't seem to care. Our utility room was flooded because the dog door was open. Our bathroom got wet because the window was open. He should have e come to the door to have that taken care of. Nope, he left, asked for his money and that was it . He didn't respond to me and I certainly would not recommend him. He charges per job and he made a bundle of of us, who are retired and over 70... UPDATE:. Ignacio called me today. He misunderstood what I had asked him to do, so, we will not worry about it. I will receive a receipt and all will fine .“
