I was referred by a great friend and I was intimidated by the process because it's my first time filling Both my income taxes and business taxes at the same time and Glenn was kind, courteous, professional and above all fast and accurate, the entire process took 30 minutes and then the next day he caught a form for my medical tax credit and I assumed that I would lose a big chunk of my money and actually my return went up...... Almost $2k. Just for reference I have been filing for a decade and never got anything except a $2,000 bill , and after opening a business..... I get most of my taxes back
