Gentle Dental text me when they had a cancelation which was amazing since they were booked for months. i got in alot sooner and the staff are so friendly. they really know how to treat clients. they got me in and out super fast even tho they were busy. 5 star all the way
my overall experience with this office has gotten much better recently. I've never had any issues with the dental staff ever, but I've had unpleasant conversations with the reception in the recent past and have been frustrated attempting to get an appointment in a timely manner. both of these issues have seemed to improve greatly. I do understand that they have to serve a large portion of our local population and with that brings alot of stress for different reasons. But they seem to be finding ways to work through these issues. one thing I've really liked is the text messages of cancelations so we have the opportunity to grab one to get scheduled sooner. and the receptionists are always patient and understanding which makes everyone's day better. it's seeming like they are listening to the concerns of their patients and doing what they can to get them in for much needed care
