Awesome customer service from the very courteous receptionist scheduling the appointment to the technician doing the repair was a first class all around. I highly recommend Birchfield as an honest and well run organization.

We have been using Birchfield for a number of years now and love the quality of their products, their very competitive prices, and the excellent service which they have always given us. Amber has been especially wonderful to work with. We have found her to be one of the friendliest people in Albany and she has always gone out of her way to coordinate a visit from one of her excellent service technicians and/or direct us to a great deal on a new unit for the rental homes which we own in this area when its appropriate. SO happy with Birchfields... Cannot say enough about their attention to detail as well as getting on top of things. I have used them on my previous home and my new home as well. In addition to that, I have referred numerous clients to them know that my people are safe with them and they won't go fishing for a big job when a small part might be all that is needed. Can't thank them enough.
