Very professional. Great service and quick response. Cleared 2 blocked toilets back to back within an hour. Put me immediately at ease vs other plumber that came out. Total charge under $250.00. A plumbing company I had out earlier that day would charge $275.00 just to lift the toilet. Another $350.00/hour to run a camera down the drain if needed. Stated that there was not enough room to run a snake in the full height basement with a drain cleanout installed in a tight space next to a hot water tank. American Rooter was a pleasure to deal with, from my call inquiring about septic tank cleaning to the day of service. The technician was prompt and courteous, and informed me about how the system looked and when to clean it again.

I can't believe the wonderful service that we received from a gentleman from American rooter. He explained everything that he was doing and explained The process of how not to damage the plumbing and I loved how he was slower to speak so everyone was understanding what he was saying. I've never seen such a gentleman with such a great heart to help others. Five stars all the way
