The company has my condos maintenance contract, and a lot in the downtown area. I have dealt with this company for emergencies and non emergencies for 5 years now in my 30 yearold condos. Never been an issue, other than some nighttime emergencies having a premium (Which is cheaper than a home insurance claim).

Clearly some people don't understand business, what the costs are for time, travel and the value of expertise. To solve an problem in 15 mins, takes 30 years of experience and that's not free.John has been our plumbers for years. House after house.My father was a plumber for 45 years so I know great work when I see it.Both John and Peter are amazing. The extra effort they make when on the job, the quality of work and the cleanup would have made my father proud.Dozens of commercial buildings trust Masters Plumbing to provide the same service and they must be doing something right since they have had these relationships for decades.Thank you John as always for amazing work...read full review
