“I've been doing my lash extensions at Perfection Laboratory Midtown for quite some time now, and a review is passed overdue. I keep coming back for Stela, she is amazing. My lashes last for weeks, though she is very gentle in the process, you can barely feel she's working diligently on your closed eyes. And the results are always great. I strongly recommend them, I've tried out a few lash extensions places before but Perfection Laboratory is the best out there. Hence, I keep coming back...and it's been over a year now.“

“Phoenix has been the best lash tech I have ever had. She prides herself in her work and never disappoints. More than one occasion, it was hot out and the glue had become compromised (as any glue from any lash tech would) and she offered to fix them when she was fully booked, and still managed to care enough to fit me in and fix them, even though it wasn’t her problem nor her fault. She has genuine love for her clients and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else who could possibly be better. It is a normal occurrence for my lashes to last and stay full and gorgeous for up to 2+ weeks due to the quality and talent of her and her products. If you want the best lashes, then Phoenix is the girl to go to. Much love xx“

But when I met Marina, recommended by friends, I immediately realized she is a true professional. My lashes last incredibly long, the work is always fast and comfortable, and she always advises me on the best trends. “I first came to Pearl with an undercut and very thick hair on top, hoping to grow it out. She took me in right away and even had stock available so I didn’t have to wait weeks for a custom order. She colour-matched my hair perfectly and was incredibly accommodating throughout the whole process.

We started with microlinks, later switched to tape-ins, and next I’ll be trying bonds- each time, her craftsmanship has been absolutely stellar. Despite having very little hair to work with in some areas, she managed to make my extensions look seamless and secure.

I had previously heard of Beyond Beauty from my friend who has always had the nicest lashes, but I decided against my better judgement to try different place that did trendy lashes (think: “Classic Anime set”). After just one week of those I booked for a removal and new set with Beyond Beauty because my eyes were so irritated and my lashes were falling out from the previous place. Linh and her team are so professional and knowledgeable, and they truly have your best interest in mind. My lashes are no longer damaged and are growing back longer and stronger than ever, which means extension retention is amazing too (3 weeks or so). Lashes are WATERPROOF IMMEDIATELY and unlike other places, they use a combination of single- and multi- lashes to give you the look of having naturally full and fluffy lashes each time. I can’t go anywhere else. Believe me it is worth it to go here.“
