I contacted Steve when my Whirlpool washing machine stopped working. After providing him details and a few conversations later, I was ready to book his service for repair which would have cost me around $500. Before he accepted the service call, he asked me to try something, which I did, and it corrected the issue! It's been a months now, and several washes later, it seems to still be working just fine. It's an 8 yr old machine so I get that sooner or later it will need to be replaced. But - I'm SO thankful and appreciative that Steve made a few suggestions, at no cost! Many others would have come out and charge me, but he was honest enough to try and troubleshoot over the phone first. I will be holding on to his number and will make sure I use him for any appliance repair needs going forward. I value his honesty and customer service.
