Our water pump failed and needed replacement. Jaynes understood the urgency and accommodated us very quickly. The gentleman who came out was highly knowledgeable, and had all the necessary tools, materials, and skills to diagnose and replace the pump efficiently.
They also followed up later to make adjustments and clean the tap screens to ensure proper water flow.
Aside from the cost of the water pump, all charges (cost per hour, time, travel, and additional materials) were absolutely clear and fair!
They did not request any payment until the job was completed and the final invoice was sent. (This was a pleasant surprise, as just a month ago we chose the wrong contractor for a furnace repair, and he wanted all the money upfront without any invoice. I was beginning to think that was the norm in the area!)
