Very knowledgeable staff with excellent sales and service! Recently I had an issue with the fill valve on a Toto toilet purchased from them. Harry diagnosed the problem over the phone and said the part was in stock. When I went to pick up the part, Harry gave me instructions how to install it. He could have sold me a more expensive part and I wouldn't have known the difference. Thanks, Harry, for being honest, very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
