We have been dealing with Village Fireplace since we moved to Lambton. They have serviced our fireplace and our furnace. Recently they replaced our furnace and heat pump with a new furnace and heat pump. In all our dealings with Village Fireplace we have found them to be friendly, informative and professional. Technicians know their stuff - and they like our dog. They are truly a pleasure to deal with.

I had an emergency where my gas fireplace just stopped working, and my house was getting colder by the minute.I called Village Fireplace and they had a tech out extremely quickly. Scott and Brandon were extremely polite, professional, and had my super dirty fire place repaired and running very quickly! Incredible service. If I could rate them higher than 5 stars, I would do so in a heartbeat.
