My girlfriend and I decided to check this place out while exploring the area. This is a hidden gem and I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to escape the city. We spent the whole day at the spa and even had lunch which was exceptional. The eucalyptus steam room felt phenomenal on my lungs. The facilities were very clean and well looked after. Overall I had a really great experience and would definitely come back again.

We enjoyed a relaxing three hour stay doing the Nordic Spa experience, on a cold March day of only 4 degrees Celsius outside!The place is nice! Very down to earth staff, warm and friendly, real people. Non judgmental, open and inclusive. It feels familiar, like going somewhere you’ve been before. It’s not a big place, so you won’t feel lost or overwhelmed in any way. The design and finishes are clean, and home like. Not too fancy, but well taken care of.There is an open space for lockers, then two separate change rooms for men and women to change away from the unisex locker room. My Fiancé and I enjoyed our day at the spa and stayed at a nearby Airbnb in Stratford. Overall we enjoyed our experience, nice staff, relatively clean and good amount of saunas and seating. We also had the high tea which was tasty and on par for the price you pay.Few things that brought down our experience was the change rooms were really small - it’s a coed locker room and then the women’s and men’s change room have 1 toilet and 2 showers attached to the change room where water leaked all over the floors and there was no fan or circulation making it very wet in there. They mentioned they were low staffed and by 3pm on a Saturday there were no remaining fresh towels...read full review
