Pepper plumbing actually answered my call and installed a new toilet on the same day. They arrived in the time promised, were polite, courteous, and fast. They went above and beyond to assure everything was working and no mess was left behind. As a first time home owner, I was terrified of the thought of having to hire professionals for repairs and expected the worst. Cynical in many ways. These guys were awesome to deal with and talk to. They were honest and very professional.They changed the style of my tub drain without asking but my mentality is that if I'm trusting them into my home to do repairs, I have to trust it's the best style overall. I'm getting used to it already so it's not a big deal.Highly and happily recommend, will use them in the future if other issues arise.
