We had a problem with our laptop,I emailed PC option for some advice .they got back to me in minutes.we took laptop to get fixed at about noon and it was ready by 5 pm . Everything works great. Price was awesome.i can't say enough good things about these guys,btw never heard of them untill yesterday.this is how businesses should be
