Called Shipp's for an emergency call as our home was without water due to a leak and no shut off to prevent it. The lady I talked to was incredibly helpful and had a Plumber (Mike) at our home in 30 minutes. He arrived, looked at the situation, priced me out a quote and as soon as I said it was acceptable he was working on the issue. He corrected the issue that I originally called about but also added another coule of shut offs to prevent further issues. He finished the job, cleaned up his work area, accepted payment and was gone within 3 hours. He had explained what he was doing, followed up with any issues and left his work area as clean as he had found it. Although Plumbers are not someone I call often but I will definitely be calling Jim Shipp Plumbing the next time I need assistance.
The plumber Chris was very professional, he explained what the problem was, and how he was going to try to fix it, he cleared the problem with our kitchen and changed the configuration of the pipes under the sink as he pointed out there were too many bends, very friendly too, thank you Chris for fixing our problem, Peter
