I have been taking my vehicle to Jiffy Lube East End Woodstock for many years (over 15 years) and have always enjoyed the quick and friendly service. Yesterday, there was a line up of people getting their tires changed over, and they were able to accommodate me as it was near the end of their day. Yes, I had to wait about an hour, and they had told me of the approximate wait time expected immediately when I drove in, but I chose to wait as lugging the tires in and out to come back again would have been a challenge. So. This place. Wow… came in for an oil change and couldn’t believe how amazing the service was. They are all so polite, always smiling. I felt like I was royalty. Anyone who gives this place a bad review needs to self reflect on their own life and problems. This Jiffy Lube is the absolute pinnacle of excellence. Actual mechanics and people who think they know what they are talking about when it comes to their cars, think again. This place has you beat! Bow down to them, because you are not worthy. Brought my vechical to this location for an oil change. They were doing a tire swap so it was a 20 minute wait. I had left my vechical to cash in a lotto ticket next door while I waited and when I returned they had let the vechical behind me in to have there oil done. So don't move your feet or you'll lose your seat. Once I was in they were very thorough in checking my vechical and let my know what I needed to replace. They didn't have my engine filter in stock but neither did the local car parts store. Service was friendly and cost was a little high but overall was a good experience.
