I started working with Dr. Adam at Vibrant Life in early 2022. I'd spent hundreds of dollars on massage therapists and on different types of pillows. I'd bought various neck massagers and bendy, stretchy things I'd lay on the floor with. I tried sleeping on my back or my stomach, but nothing worked. I'd still wake up with a sore neck, aching shoulders, to the point of just holding my head up ached. I felt like I'd been drywalling ceilings all day and I certainly hadn't. I had a short fuse, and honestly, I was miserable. After two visits a week, and some home exercises, I started noticing a difference. My mood was better, my posture was better and I could start doing more activities that I'd been avoiding. My family and my friends are grateful to the entire team at VLC; apparently I was a "little too much" for the last couple of years! I'm now down to one appointment a week. Dr. Adam's approach to my wellness has given me the attitude and the tools to live a healthier, more positive life.
