Well educated excellent staff who are willing to take the time to explain the intricacies of the various hardware components. The majority of their catalog items are kept in stock and the pricing is competitive
Mike is very knowledgeable and sold us the hard to find parts at a very good price. We previously wasted our time going to Canada Glass & Mirror for these parts. TIIP has the largest selection of hard to find window and door hardware replacement parts compared to any other local supplier.
TIIP Intl saved the day for me. After a few years of trying to track down a replacement handle for our speciality sliding door, I was referred to TIIP by Century Hardware on Dufferin St. They recognized the part I needed right away and offered to contact the supplier to see if they still had the part even though it was discontinued. They picked the part up for me the next day and we installed it the same day. We are selling our house and it was critical that we repaired this door.
