Recently utilized Tap Mechanical to repair our Elkay Water Filter system. Customer service was exceptional - from Shai providing a quote and scheduling in the repair, to the technician Lui who was polite, efficient and extremely knowledgable. Highly recommend.

I have used TAP Mechnical a half dozen times for issues in one of my works warehouses. Peter always remembers me and the resolution to the problem is quick and satisfactory. As someone who deals with a wide variety of vendors at work I can tell you that TAP is top notch in customer service and quality.
