Excellent and efficient. They diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes, and were able to fix the problem on the spot as they had the replacement parts in their car. Fixed my Miele dishwasher. There was an issue with the part order and the office not getting back to me but they fixed it as soon as they became aware of the issue. The tech was friendly and professional and got the job done.
