In-Form Physiotherapy & Rehab Centre

Both physiotherapists are great! Hurt my shoulder a few months ago, started going to physio here a few weeks ago and I already feel a lot better. Whole process has been very smooth.

I can't speak highly enough about In-Form Physiotherapy and my incredible physiotherapist, Gill. I've lived with a rotator cuff injury for 15 years and have been to a couple of different physiotherapists in that time. I felt like they just went through a cookie cutter approach (i.e. a TENS machine and the same 1-2 simple exercises), which didn't help at all.

I got referred here by my family doctor after a car accident, and I’ve been receiving treatment from the physiotherapist Anna for almost over a year now. Anna takes her time to explain the different causes towards your injuries and offers strengthening activities, stretches and life style changes for a fast recovery.
The receptionist are very friendly, professional and offer a caring environment.
