Very knowledgeable and very efficient. They took over our HVAC system maintenance and have done a better job then the people who installed it. I have nothing but great things to say about these guys. Best and most reliable contractors in Toronto. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC/geo thermal/building automation.
Called a few days ago to have someone come and check out why our office is so hot....the rude lady on the phone took my information and told me a technician would call me right away to schedule a look at it....still waiting on that technician for a phone call....they didn't call and neither did she to do a follow up. I would not use a service that can't be bothered to even call back. It just shows the level of disregard for any new customers.
