Crystal is my hero. I had chronic neck issues for 10 years that were getting progressively worse - for the past 6 months my neck was in an almost constant state of pain/spasm and it was severely affecting my quality of life. After one session of myofacial release I felt a million times better...I now see Crystal monthly for maintenance and my neck issues have never returned. Thank you from the bottom of my heart🙏🏼 Editing to add: My daughter and I have been seeing Dina for Osteopathy for several months now. She is absolutely amazing at what she does! she is very professional and passionate about her work. She is so patient and caring with my 4 year old daughter...my daughter has (strabismus/lazy eye) and since seeing Dina there has been a dramatic improvement in her eye alignment. She also had mild hip displaysia which she has fully recovered from now. I've also been seeing Dina and she has done wonders for me! She always seems to know exactly what my body needs and its as enjoyable/relaxing as getting a massage! Osteopathy is truly an amazing practice and Dina is the absolute best in the field! Both these ladies ROCK and have helped me tremendously!!!!
