We needed our skylight replaced, and so from the time we called Natalia, she was extremely helpful, provided us with all the support we needed from sending knowledgeable staff to assess the situation who made an honest recommendation. Artistic recently replaced a 13 year old skylight they had installed for me. The skylight is quite large and required a lift and three installers. The whole process of speaking to their customer service to their installation people was efficient and the skylight was installed before the frost in November - within three weeks! I did obtain other quotes but Artistic was not only the cheapest but the installation people were the same ones we used 13 years ago. They remembered our house and the work needed to install the skylight the first time. It was truly a pleasure to use their services again.
