Quoted over the phone, booked appointment within my available times. Took out all stains, on stairs and carpeted rooms. Sprayed a good smelling detergent that made everything perfect. Everything was done perfectly, within reasonable pricing. Highly suggest trying them out! You won’t be disappointed.
Normally I am not a fan of getting my air ducts cleaned however this company managed to change my perspective completely. Not only are they very professional, informative, kind and efficient; they also managed to do a wonderful job within my home. My air ducts have never been this clean before and this is the first time I can actually notice the house feels much better. Windsor Steam Carpet & Duct Cleaning is an incredible company, the gentlemen who worked on our home, treated it like it was their's. We have a Venmar system to help filter in door air and when I last changed the filters I noticed a particularly cruddy filter with loads of dusty fibres. I tried to dust the connecting lines and so much came tumbling down. I called duct cleaning services and this company sounded like what the problem was, they gave me an estimate of what the cost would be. I arranged an appointment, and they arrived on time.
