I had a fabulous experience with Andrew, who sold me my new vehicle. He was knowledgeable about both the Honda brand and the specific vehicle model, as well as the competition. Meaghan was also very informative & honest about additional products and offers, & Cole made the final closing process a breeze. Looking at new cars and considering such an investment is a lot to think about and sometimes not a great experience when going through the motions - but at Windsor Honda it was unlike any process I have dealt with before - even being in cars sales myself in the past.
Understanding the customer is probably the hardest part about approaching a new face on the lot. Are they tire kickers? Are they serious? Do they want space? Does their every thought need to be catered to?
Well we were a mix of all the above and Gerry, Cole and Mary-Ann were professionals from beginning to end.
