My experience with Windsor Honda has been good. Let me share my experience from day one of me visiting the dealership. First visit I met Nancy, she's an excellent salesperson. Nancy was clear in explaining everything from the model of the vehicle and the financials. I went ahead and placed a deposit for a brand new CR-V Touring Hybrid.
My Second experience was with Rob from finance, Rob did a good job in assisting me with all the financial documents and making the process smooth, although he was pushy with getting me an optional warranty package, he was quite understanding when I declined. A wonderful car buying experience! Nancy patiently helped us choose the car that was best for us. Rob helped us with the lease contract efficiently. Cole helped us go through the procedures for picking up the car and introduced the various functions of the car in detail. By the way, thank you for the good coffee☺️
Windsor Honda surpassed our expectations and more. We have purchased Honda's for about 30 years. We always dealt with other dealerships because we did not live in this area. We moved to this area in late 2023 and purchased our 2025 Honda Civic in September 2024. Our experience with the Sales Team, Business Manager, Delivery Specialist and Service Advisor made us feel like we were long term clients who had purchased from there before. They were Professional , Courteous and Patient with us. Mr. Eansor we will be returning to continue to purchase Honda's at Windsor Honda!
