He's been an amazing teacher, he always goes into great detail when helping me learn something new, and never fails to ensure that I've not only fully absorbed the information he has provided me, but also understand how to apply this knowledge to the job at hand. The numerous lessons Wayne has taught over this past month have not only increased my ability to be a functional and hard-working student at this company, but have also positively benefited my personal life aswell. I've come to view Wayne as less of a teacher and more as a second father.
