Had to take our boy in for an after hours emergency and he unfortunately had to be euthanized. From the initial call to picking up his ashes less than a week later, the entire staff was fantastic and so compassionate to both my daughter and I. Rose was the one who took my initial call and she was beyond helpful and calming with the entire situation, a huge thank you for the kindness from all the staff on that night. They made a horrible situation a little bit easier.
